In the 18 years prior to establishing himself as a consultant in 1998, John worked as a motivational speaker, in media marketing and healthcare marketing, and as a professional actor. With an emphasis on excellence in communication, John provides training and coaching from team effectiveness to customer service. He is certified by Herrmann International to assess thinking styles, thereby facilitating a whole-brain approach for individuals, teams, and entire companies.
