Before joining Timothy Redmond & Associates, Inc., Sharon led global training and development teams in a wide variety of companies such as Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Salomon Brothers, Everyday Health, TRW and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Her industry experience spans from online digital media, technology, health-care, education and government to the non-profit sector. She holds a M.S. in Applied Behavioral Science and Career Development from The Johns Hopkins University and lives in New York City.
