Tim Redmond

Tim Redmond is a Training and Organizational Development specialist with almost 20 years of experience. His core strengths include facilitation and business acumen. He’s known for developing a deep understanding of the client’s business and using that understanding to draw links between training content and on the job application. Tim’s facilitation style is business-focused, and encourages participants to challenge and debate and shape ideas. Tim believes that adults learn best when they are fully engaged and when they can see how the content of a workshop enables them to reach their goals.

Before forming Timothy Redmond & Associates, Tim held training and development positions at Salomon Brothers, New York Life and MetLife. Tim holds a B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University and a M.S. in Human Resource Education and Organization Development from Fordham University.
