Executive Coaching

Executive Presence and Leadership: Provided one-on-one coaching to a vice president level, female executive focused on preparing her for a promotion to Managing Director. As a result of feedback from a 360 structured interview process we created an action plan to address behavioral and performance requirements to build confidence in her senior management to support the promotion. After a concentrated six-month process, the executive successfully built stakeholder confidence and support and demonstrated a stronger presence and leadership with her team, peers and senior management. She was promoted to Managing Director during the next promotion and bonus cycle.
