Workshops included Information Gathering and Synthesis, Business Writing, Presentation Skills, Leveraging Interpersonal Styles, Time Management, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Project Management and Stress Management.

In the start up global business center of an investment banking firm, trained over 750 new hires in Operations, IT, Product and Financial Control. Developed customized course content intended to shape the culture of the site. Topics included: Building Working Relationships, Critical Communication Skills, Effective Business Writing and Professional Email, Successful Presentation Skills, Providing Quality Customer Service, Resolving Conflicts, and Conducting Business across Cultures.
