In the Technology Group of a global financial services firm, Tim and his team introduced a new performance management process to over 500 senior managers and provided skills training on writing challenging objectives that supported the division's business strategy.

In a financial services company, TRA, Inc. introduced a new performance management system to over 1500 employees through 2 hour manager sessions and 1 hour all employee overviews. Skill building on SMART goal setting was included. Follow up sessions at year end developed employees' ability to participate in and managers' ability to engage employees in the year end appraisal process.
