In the HR department of an insurance broking business, TRA, Inc. designed and facilitated a two day offsite with the objective of overcoming communication issues caused in part by remote operations. Activities included strategic analysis of strengths and weaknesses, clarifying roles and responsibilities, develop skills to constructively resolve conflicts and adjust interpersonal style to reduce tension between team members.

In the International Division of a Luxury Brand manufacturer/retailer, TRA, Inc. structured and facilitated a one day team off-site designed to increase role and goal clarity across the department. Activities were selected to enhance communication across functions and to break down existing organizational barriers to success.

For this international finance division of a major Financial Services Investment Organization, a process was created for their global team to identify what has worked to create their current success and what needed to happen for them to realize their goals for the coming year. We employed Appreciative Inquiry to lead them through a process of appreciation and understanding of each other and their business and interpersonal needs for greater success and collaboration. In a fast-paced and ever changing environment, team members required clarity and focus with each other in order to continue to drive and lead the charge. Participants came away with actions and timeframes for sustaining the commitments made in the session.
